Geek Citizens News is owned and operated by Scott Loftis, aka GeekCitizen, to his gamer friends. He explores the world of Geekdom for stories to tell the geek world and is quoted as saying, “Without stories to be told and to person to tell them, life would be boring, and you never learn from those stories.”

 

He is a geek, gamer, writer, and geek convention connoisseur. He also streams games and news content on Twitch and YouTube. Scott Loftis is on the hunt for news and stories behind the content and content creators of YouTube, Twitch, and Games.

Scott has earned a Bachelor of Arts from Full Sail University in Creative Writing. He is pursuing a Master of Arts in New Media Journalism at Full Sail University, where he hopes to be a journalist in the geek industry.

Scott Loftis is also the CEO of Jodelle Studios, a company where they are making games, books, and fantasy and Sci-Fi worlds. It also has a division dedicated to news in the geek world called Geek Citizen News.

 

Scott Loftis has been a part of the geek industry for a while. He has worked conventions from just a volunteer to being a Guest coordinator for two conventions. He first got into Geek Media by being the Guest Coordinator and Co-Host for Geekside News. Since the ending of Geekside News, He has been actively playing games and making connections to the Geek world.
